Big Apple Bagels was looking for several ways to promote food and drink specials within the chain locations. This was accomplished a couple of different ways. First I developed a Circus themed coupon promotion that would run several weeks. This was printed for newspaper flyers and Val-Pak inserts, and then supported with store signage. For shorter run promotions, there are social media alerts to upcoming special days or seasonal offers, such as the Ranchero Sandwich to coincide with Cinco de Mayo.
